By accessing or using Pixalera ("the Service") at pixalera.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, creators, and contributors.
Description of Service
Pixalera is an AI-first social media management platform that enables users to schedule content, manage ideas, automate direct messages, connect social media channels (including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook), view analytics, and monetize their audience. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
Account Registration
To use Pixalera, you must create an account. You agree to:

- ✓Keep your password secure and confidential
- ✓Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- ✓Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- ✓Ensure you are authorized to connect any social media accounts to Pixalera
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- ✕Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- ✕Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform policies
- ✕Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- ✕Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
- ✕Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- ✕Engage in any automated data collection without our express consent
- ✕Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits or access controls on connected platforms
- ✕Use connected YouTube or Google accounts in any manner that violates YouTube's Terms of Service
YouTube API Terms
Pixalera uses YouTube API Services to enable YouTube channel management, video uploads, and analytics features. By connecting your YouTube account to Pixalera, you additionally agree to the following:
YouTube Terms of Service

Google Privacy Policy

API Client Access
Pixalera accesses YouTube data only on your behalf and only for features you explicitly enable. We request only the minimum scopes necessary to provide the features you use.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content published to YouTube through Pixalera. Content must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright policies, and all applicable laws.
Revoking Access
You may revoke Pixalera's access to your YouTube account at any time from your Pixalera settings or directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google API Services User Data Policy: Pixalera's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Pixalera. By uploading content, you grant Pixalera a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Pixalera and its compliance with applicable laws, YouTube's Community Guidelines, and social platform terms of service.
Subscription & Payments
Pixalera offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property
The Pixalera name, logo, platform design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Pixalera and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. PIXALERA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, OR FACEBOOK) THAT AFFECT YOUR CONNECTED ACCOUNTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXALERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CONTENT, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF ACCESS TO CONNECTED SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
